The Hildner Family purchased the Smith Berry Barn in 2002 with a vision of building a small, but sustainable farm and nursery. Our horticulture backgrounds and desire to create a sustainable environment for raising a family, growing healthy food and creating beautiful, lasting memories for our community led us to the Scholls valley, where we continue the farming traditions that were started by the Smiths in 1978. The farm became known for growing healthy, ‘No Spray’ berries and we continue that legacy today. Our 30 acre farm is now home to over 15 varieties of berries, 20 varieties of apples and pears and an array of fruit, vegetable and flower crops, ever-changing with each new season.
