We grow several varieties of strawberries, available for picking approximately late May through mid-late June.
Our strawberries are naturally grown, without the use of sprays on the foliage and fruit.

Marys Peak

Harvest Period:
Mid June – Early July

Flavor: Excellent firmness and flavor
Size/Color: Medium-large, deep red color throughout
Introduced: 2018
Origin: Developed by USDA with Oregon Agricultural Experiment Station
Special Characteristics: Later to ripen than most June bearing varieties and can last into July
Best Use: Fresh eating, freezing or preserves

Rainier

Harvest Period:
Mid June – Late June

Flavor: High quality, excellent, sweet flavor
Size/Color: Medium-large, bright red throughout
Introduced: 1972
Origin: Washington State University
Special Characteristics: An excellent home garden variety with good disease resistance
Best Use: Fresh eating, freezing or processing

Shuksan

Harvest Period:
Early June – Mid June

Flavor: Firm, meaty flesh with good flavor
Size/Color: Large, glossy, bright red
Introduced: 1970
Origin: Washington State University, named for Mt Shuksan
Special Characteristics: If you’re growing your own, this is an excellent variety, vigorous and winter hardy
Best Use: Fresh eating, freezes well
