Grower’s Note:
Our ‘No Spray’ strawberries are grown without the use of pesticides or fungicides at any stage of growth. Please pardon our weeds … our biggest ‘pest’ is grass growing amongst our strawberries. We till and hand-weed our fields just until the berries begin to ripen and then we leave them alone so we don’t damage the fruit.

Helpful Picking Tips:
Look for bright red fruit, low and inside each plant. Before picking, carefully check the underside of each berry to make sure it’s fully ripe. Early in the season, the upper side can be red, but the under side may not be ripe yet. Strawberries will stay fresh for a longer period of time if you pick with the stem attached. Strawberries will make a classic ‘pop’ sound when properly picked.
